We have been commissioned to sell the contents of the home of Norman & Sylvia Clanton of Bethel, Me. The Clantons have downsized and moved from this 15 room Victorian house to smaller quarters and we will sell the contents of the house, attic & barn. Auctioneer's Note: When Norm & Sylvia bought this home 35 years ago, it came loaded with many items that to this day have never been touched or moved. The attic contents, books, piano and many antique furnishings and barn loft contents are just some of these items that we will offer for sale.

Important Items of Local Interest: This estate features one of the rarest and best pieces of local folk art ever available in Maine. A signed 1835 hand drawn and colored map of Oxford County Maine done by Lydia D. Carter. It also features three absolutely mint World War 2 vintage Brown Co., Berlin NH "Put the Axe to the Axis" posters, showing Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito up in a pine tree and all the local pulpwood buyers in Maine and NH. We have three of these and they are rare, rare, rare!!
