Important Items of Local Interest:
This estate features one of the rarest and best pieces of local folk art ever available in Maine. A signed 1835 hand drawn and colored map of Oxford County Maine done by Lydia D. Carter. It also features three absolutely mint World War 2 vintage Brown Co., Berlin NH "Put the Axe to the Axis" posters, showing Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito up in a pine tree and all the local pulpwood buyers in Maine and NH. We have three of these and they are rare, rare, rare!!
Items of Interest: Chickering Grand Piano #87315.
